Hi

In my current work place we are using Lotus notes Client 8.5.3 with fix pack 6 which has Sametime embedded. Im not sure what version of same time it is and i cannot find anywhere where it might tell me.

The issue im having is that certain users are having error messages about a missing dll (mozalloc.dll) whenever they try to send a message via sametime or when they receive one.

I have spent countless hours researching this and investigating it and although the dll appears to relate to firefox, none of these machines have ever had firefox installed.

i have completely rebuilt the machines to try to resolve the issue but as soon as i get the affected user to log in the fault comes back.

Has anyone seen this before at all or have any ideas on how to resolve?
